Celebrate your authentic self in this body-positive, all inclusive chair dance workshop! We will explore sensual, soulful movement in a safe, supportive space—connecting to our heartfelt selves while learning sexy, fun choreography on a chair. You’ll leave this 75 minute workshop feeling empowered and connected—to other dancers, and to your new friend: the chair. All bodies, all levels, all love welcome! Heels NOT required, but highly encouraged!
