Start your pride week with a community BBQ and Lawn Games

Join us at Truckee River Regional Park for a laid back, family friendly BBQ to kick off Pride Week 2026! 🌈 Right along the Truckee River, enjoy mountain views, fresh air, and community connection. We’ll have the grills hot and ready 🔥—bring your favorite grillables and we’ll supply the charcoal. Pack your own food and snacks, plus any treats you love. Non alcoholic sodas will be available, and it’s BYOB for those 21+. Come ready to play! Lawn and beach games will be set up for all ages, and the river is right there—so bring a towel, swimsuit, and floaty if you want to cool off. Well behaved dogs are welcome—furry friends are part of the Truckee community too 🐾 To find us, head into the park and make your way down toward the river—you’ll know you’re in the right spot when you see the rainbow flags and good vibes. Good food, good vibes, and Pride by the river 💛

Join our big bike parade in downtown Truckee

THIS YEARS THEME: FRUIT! Lets fill Truckee's streets with biking, costumes and dancing! Meet at RMU with your bike, skates, running shoes or whatever you feel like. We'll take to the streets of truckee for a peloton of fruity pride joy, ending back at RMU for a dance party with. There'll be a raffle and there might even be a pop up mid cycle mini dance party! We encourage everyone to reuse, upcycle and thrift things into FRUITY OUTFIT JOY! We love our community and we love our planet.

We're so excited to round off Pride Week with a huge party with all our friends! This year's theme is Queer Prom and we have a very special lineup of musicians and performers to announce. This will be a ticketed event, ticket sales link coming soon.
