Join us for a hands-on day of giving back to the land with the Truckee Trails Foundation! We believe in Trails for All, and this volunteer event is all about helping maintain the beautiful trail systems that connect and support our community.
You’ll learn about trail building, get familiar with trail tools, and help with early season maintenance—all while surrounded by nature and new friends. No experience needed—just bring your energy and a willingness to get a little dirty!
Tools, snacks, and cold beverages will be provided. We’ll have extra gloves, but bring your own if you can (gardening gloves work!) Wear sturdy shoes, active wear, and long sleeves/pants.
Let’s dig in and help create inclusive, sustainable trails that reflect the spirit of Pride and the beauty of Truckee!
All ages welcome. Meet at the 2nd Sawtooth parking lot by the bathrooms at 1pm. We'll then head out together and work on Back Cut Trail. (same trail as last year)
Please sign up here, so we have a headcount for tools and snacks. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScx6LeENYMLIfxPRpPiTFnARvS6084lfhnw3CkqNjI51V4f8A/viewform?usp=header
